 As founder and president of All Spares, Inc., Mr. Jim Wilks is actively involved in its day-to-day operations. In addition to overseeing
the duties of the administration, quality control and sales staff, Mr. Wilks assures All Spares is on the cutting edge of technology in
order to best serve the needs of All Spares' customers. Mr. Wilks believes that keeping a personal, hands-on approach with the company
is essential to keeping both employees and customers satisfied. With Mr. Wilks' 20 years of experience and his well-trained staff of
professionals, All Spares will continue offering quality parts at discounted prices.
Our quality control department is highly trained in the inspection and shipping of aircraft parts. Mr. Chuck Gardner Quality Control Manager,
attends seminars on a continuous basis to stay on top of the industry standards. Mr. Gardner works closely with the sales staff
and accounting department to ensure that orders are accurately filled in a timely manner.
